On October 9, 2014, Jessica L. Sulkowski, D.O., Little Company of Mary’s Medical Group OB/GYN Physician will be honored with the 2014 Women of Transformation Award at their annual Gala in Tinley Park, Illinois. The Southside (net)Working Women is an all women organization who empowers and provides professional women with a platform to be recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in the Southland Community.
The Southside Networking Women is a Southside community based organization that strives to be a think tank for female entrepreneurs and women in career transitions who seek and share knowledge with other women in the Southland. The group focuses on how to be a leader and also accomplish professional dreams.
It is no surprise to Mary Kay Burke, Certified Nurse Midwife with LCM’s Medical Group, that Dr. Sulkowski is being honored with the Leadership award. “Dr. Sulkowski demonstrates her leadership role by putting patients first,” said Mary Kay Burke. “She really listens to her patients and guides them to great health, but also is really dedicated to helping women achieve the birthing experience they want.”
About Dr. Jessica L. Sulkowski
Dr. Sulkowski attended Des Moines University Medical School and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Midwestern University. Her main interests include minimally invasive surgery, high risk obstetrics, dysfunctional uterine bleeding and fibroids. Dr. Sulkowski’s philosophy of care is to provide the highest level of care to her patients and to take into account all aspects of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
