LCMH Welcomes Renowned Breast Surgeon Home from Military Service in Afghanistan

Dr. Nancy Taft, Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves, has safely returned to Little Company of Marys Comprehensive Breast Center after serving our country and caring for our wounded soldiers in Afghanistan. Yesterday, Dr. Taft presented a beautifully mantled American flag to the hospital that was flown over the base where she was stationed during a time of war.

Dennis Reilly, President and CEO of LCMH, and Sister Kathleen McIntyre, L.C.M., Chairperson of the Board, accepted the flag on behalf of the hospital and the community.

We are proud to welcome Dr. Taft home with open arms!
