Join us for the Outpatient Care Center community open house on August 4, 2012 from 12 Noon to 4p.m. the Outpatient Care Center is located at 6700 West 95th Street in Oak Lawn. 

Enjoy family-friendly activities, treats, and giveaways! Your family will have the opportunity to build their own first aid kit and more. Also, tour the 51,000 square-foot, three-story facility to view the nationally accredited immediate care center called The Care Station, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging suite complete with MRI, CT Scan, ultrasound, radiology, Echocardiography, radiology and mammography. The building also features a two-level open lobby.

National accreditation on the current center was received by the Urgent Care Association of America. It certified that the clinic provides patients with walk-in, extended hour medical attention with licensed providers patients have grown to trust for a large scope of medical conditions.
