Baked Tilapia w/Mango Black Olive and Caper Salsa
2 pieces tilapia
2 teaspoons Olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 mango small diced
½ cup red onion diced
¼ cup black olives diced
2 teaspoons capers
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Cover fish with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste set aside. Combine all other ingredients together , cook fish in 350 degrees oven or grill until internal temperature of 145 is reached
Spread salsa over fish and serve. Enjoy!
