Breast Cancer Awareness Month- Thank You

In the spirit of breast cancer awareness month, we would like to especially acknowledge Girl Scout Troop 20377 from St. John Fisher for their thoughtful donations to the LCMH Cancer Center and all of the patients that we serve. As part of their “year of giving”, the troops teamed up to donate hand-made tie-dyed scarves, wishing rocks and inspirational notes for our breast cancer patients to help ease them through their journey to survivorship. Troop parent and one of Little Company’s own Melissa O’Keefe, PA-C spearheaded the project and we are so grateful to have their support.

As we near the end of breast cancer awareness month, the journey for many continues. It is with support from our community that we can continue to provide state-of-the-art treatment and services to all of those affected by breast cancer. Thank you, again, to St. John Fisher Girl Scout Troop 20377 and we hope to see everyone on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 10th, 2015) for our annual Beverly Breast Cancer Walk.
